Data deletion request

Email contact@vellor-systems.com with the subject line Data deletion request. Include the email address or phone number you gave us, so we can find your records.

You do not need an account to make a request, and there is no charge. If you filled in an ad form on Facebook or Instagram, tell us roughly when — it helps us locate the submission.

Once we confirm the request is yours, we remove:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Anything you submitted through a Facebook or Instagram lead form
• Messages you exchanged with us or with an AI assistant on our platform
• Notes, tags, and booking history associated with you

A small amount of data survives a deletion request because the law requires it or because deleting it would break a protection you benefit from:

• Transaction records. Invoices and payment records are retained for the period tax and accounting rules require.
• Opt-out records. If you asked us to stop texting you, we keep the phone number on a suppression list. Deleting it would let a future message reach you — the opposite of what you asked for.
• Security logs. Records needed to investigate fraud or abuse, kept only as long as that purpose lasts.

We acknowledge within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need longer we will tell you why before that deadline.

Backups are on a rolling cycle, so a copy may persist in an encrypted backup for up to a further 90 days. It is not used for anything during that time and is overwritten on the normal schedule.

When a business uses Deskwise to answer its calls and messages, that business decides what data is collected and why — we process it on their behalf. We will act on your request and will also pass it to them, since they may hold records we never received.

If you submitted a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the answers you gave on that form. Deleting it here removes it from our systems. It does not change anything Meta itself holds — for that, use Facebook's own tools.
