Installing it

The app isn't in the public Teams store yet (that listing is in review), so for now it's installed from a package we send you. It takes about two minutes.

Email contact@deskwise.co and ask for the Teams package. You'll get a small .zip back.
In Teams, go to Apps in the left rail, then Manage your apps at the bottom.
Click Upload an app → Upload a custom app and pick the .zip.
To give it to the whole company instead of just yourself, your IT admin does the same thing in Teams admin center → Teams apps → Manage apps → Upload new app.

Connecting it to your workspace

Send it any message — "hello" is fine. Because it doesn't know which Deskwise workspace you belong to yet, it replies with a one-click link. Click it while signed in to Deskwise and the connection is made. Everyone else in your Microsoft 365 tenant is connected at the same moment; only one person needs to do this.

The link is signed and tied to your Microsoft tenant, so nobody else can bind your workspace. One tenant connects to exactly one Deskwise workspace — to move it, disconnect first in Settings → Integrations.

The submission needs publisher verification on our Microsoft Partner Center account, which is in progress. Sideloading works identically in the meantime.
